A message from Ashley:
Life is not easy, none of us were given a roadmap on how to handle the situations that impact us. The best part is that we don't have to choose to navigate it alone. It's okay to not know what to do, or to react in a way your embarrassed of. What's important is what you do with that insight and how you chose to grow. Challenge old belief systems and step into your power. You have always been powerful, now it's time for you to see it!

After experiencing several weeks of sleep disturbances and a sudden fear of my son entering his own room, I reached out to Ashley for guidance. She suggested utilizing energy work to assess our current situation. Upon evaluating my home, my son, and myself, she identified that our energy levels were quite low. She then worked to elevate the energy in our home and within each of us. Throughout the process, Ashley provided detailed explanations about the techniques she was using, the reasons behind them, and how they would impact us. Her extensive knowledge and thoughtful approach gave me great peace of mind.
Once I returned home with my son, we settled in, had a meal, and began to unwind. It wasn’t long before he expressed interest in going upstairs and immediately headed to his room. This was a significant shift, as he had previously been reluctant to do so. We spent the rest of the evening in his room, and he showed no signs of fear or concerns about monsters. That night, he went to sleep without the need for any sleep aids or assistance. He slept longer than usual and woke up in a bright, cheerful mood. This marked the first peaceful night in weeks where we went to bed and woke up feeling calm and content.

Finding a good fit for your supervision is so important in the work we do! I chose to become a counselor later in life; after a successful career so it was important to find someone who could honor the knowledge/skills I possess. Ashley completely tailored supervision to my needs and her unwavering support was paramount to my success! Ashley is phenomenal at balancing many things at once while: offering the detailed information you need, giving feedback to improve, and providing as much patience as you might require! She made herself available if ever I needed, even outside of our scheduled supervision. I feel so grateful for her kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and even-keeled demeanor throughout the past two years!

Very compassionate and goes above and beyond to advocate for my care. Highly recommend EMDR with Ashley
