Rates

Diagnostic Assessment/Intake – $350.00 per hour
Individual Psychotherapy – $270.00 per hour
Family Therapy - $300.00 per hour

Group Therapy – $80.00 per hour

Couples Therapy - $200 per hour 
Court Testimony – $150.00 per hour for preparation & 250.00 per hour for court appearance, plus mileage
Missed Appointment – $40.00 per missed appointment
Consultation – $100.00 per hour
Records Request – $0.25

*For Record Requests the first 50 pages will be provided free of charge, after which there will be a charge of $0.25 per page.

Insurance

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Sliding Fee Scale

A Sliding Fee Scale is available on a limited basis to clients who do not have access to health insurance.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $40 fee.
