Presley is a graduate student at Marquette University working towards her master's in clinical mental health counseling. Presley is an LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician who practices with an emphasis on human connection and collaborative, comprehensive client treatment. Presley works with ages 6+ and is especially interested in working with individuals who are looking for answers to questions about managing feelings of emotional distress, anxiety, and hopelessness.
Biography
Counseling Approach and Clinical Focus:
Presley uses theories such as Dialectical-Behavior, Cognitive-Behavioral, Reality, Person-Centered, and Existential Therapy to provide the most supportive treatment to clients from a humanistic and compassionate approach. She is interested in learning more about effective trauma therapy, as well as strategies that best support children and families.
A message from Presley:
My standard of client care goes beyond basic support. I aim to guide my clients through difficult experiences and complex emotions, and out of old patterns that are no longer serving them. Whether you are new to therapy or have struggled to find meaning in the experience in the past, I look forward to instilling the confidence my clients need to improve negative communication patterns, better manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and find the change and direction that best suits the life they want to live.

Presley is looking forward to working with all populations and individuals, but is especially excited about supporting clients who may be struggling with life outlook and intrinsic motivation/support. Presley is a proud dog mom, loves doing anything that involves hands-on creativity, and spends most of her free time enjoying the beautiful parks and trails that Minnesota has to offer.
